cave — Support

Email abdullah@getcave.app and you will get a reply from a person. There is no ticket system and no bot.

Tell me what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than anything else. If you are on TestFlight, the share sheet inside the TestFlight app sends a screenshot and the build number straight through, which saves you describing either.

What cave needs

iPhone, iOS 26 or later. There is no iPad or Apple Watch app yet.
Sign in with Apple on the first screen. There is no cave password to invent, and Apple's Hide My Email works fine — nothing here emails you.
An internet connection to talk to the coach. Your plan, your week and your logs all work offline.

Common questions

Why does it ask for the microphone? Only so you can talk to it instead of typing. Voice is optional and everything works typed. Speech recognition is asked for at the same time and for the same reason.

It changed my week without asking. It should never do that. Every change arrives as a card you approve or decline, and nothing is applied until you tap Apply. If you have seen otherwise, that is a bug and I want to know — email me with what you asked for.

How do I undo something? Every applied change offers Undo on the card that made it. If you have left that screen, tell the coach to put it back.

How do I delete my data? Me → Settings → Delete my data. That erases your profile, plan, logs and everything the coach has remembered. Sign out does not delete anything — it leaves your training where it is so you can sign back in and pick it up.

Does it cost anything? No. There are no in-app purchases and no subscription. Nothing in the app asks you for money.

I got a new phone. Sign in with the same Apple ID and your training comes with you. It is attached to your account, not to the handset.

It suggested something that hurts. Stop, and tell it. cave gives training guidance and is not medical advice — see the Terms. If something is injured, say so in the app and it will build around it, but a clinician outranks it every time.
